Solomon Kifle

Solomon Kifle graduated from the Alle School of Fine Art and Design in 2017. Since then he has worked professionally as a multidisciplinary artist with a focus on painting. However, Kifle also works with video art, installation, and mixed media. Kifle says that his work is driven by the situations happening around the world and is influenced by movies and music perceived through various contexts and lenses; political, social, or philosophical. Kifle says “I consider being an artist could leverage power and opportunity as art itself helps compare events in the past and present and could help forge our path to the future. I take advantage of globalization to broaden my horizons and see politics and social lives beyond my own country which further enriches my perspective in the arts.
