Gizachew Kebede was born in 1970 in Addis Ababa. He graduated from the Addis Ababa University, Alle School of Fine Arts and Design in 1994 in Diploma and in 2007 with BFA. Gizachew exhibited in Tanzania, Uganda, South Africa, Sweden and the USA. Gizachew is also known for initiating and executing public and monumental art projects.
